I used the app freely for one day trying to find routes in real estate, then got locked out due to a subscription fee. Great job 👍 I couldn't believe it would be free in the first place. But the app has given inaccurate information on more than one occasion, and has been the cause of much confusion for something that is redundant. But God blesses all those free market capitalist.

I like it nice visuals the parcel info seems to be false in some high appraised areas apps great but when parcel info is sketchy I often download 2 other apps to check it it is nicely put together and convenient it's also fairly accurate as far as mapping goes 🙃

Placed my cell directly on the 45-year-old property marker and the app said I was 20 feet on my neighbor's property. Glad it has a trial period. Not buying this.

Not even close to accurate. Tried to calibrate against known property pins, it was way off. Don't use for plot lines.
