I know this ISN'T a problem with Connect. But GPS Hammer & Rand McNally's OD8Pro don't understand Latitude /Longitude when sent to them. It would be nice if Connect give us the option to send street address too.
★★★★☆Robert Dall· Oct 12, 2021
The app was much better when clicking on "route" it would take Gmaps to the destination. Rather than leaving Gmaps at the current location & dropping a pin at the destination. As it does now. Change back to the other way or give us a choice. OLD: Thank you for fixing the compatibility with the Pixel 2. I had to Uninstall & reinstall to make it work. Updating didn't work. But once reinstalled works like a charm.

Good so far works and perform great foe me.

Why the f*** do you need permission to access my photos and media files?
★☆☆☆☆S Ivus· Feb 11, 2025
Fix your app. You don't need to access my phone calls or history or access files in order to track. Macro point does it fine without requiring giving you full access to a PERSONAL DEVICE.
★☆☆☆☆Zack Cap· Jul 24, 2020
It requires acess to your phone to your media, pictures, your contacts, making phone calls. And you have to allow them full acess to your phone, instead only allowing them location acess. Phones have evolved, and they hold more information about us than our wallet. They don't give you the load until you give them full acess to your phone. Whell they don't call it with no reason Information century. I won't be using it any time sooner
★★☆☆☆William Pittman· Apr 16, 2023
I used Land star Connect for a few years with no issues but then the app stop working unless I gave permission for all the app requests. I had never had to do that before and to be honest with you, I have no intention of giving any app permission to control my phone calls or my contacts period!

Worked. Then didn't. Uninstaller doesn't fix it. Reinstalled, cleared cache, temp internet files, after delete... nothing works. Customers and agents think it's me. Oh well. Not trying again.
