★★★★★ My experience was very nice. Michelle at thr Brandon lake Ave branch helped me download and showed me how to manage my account. The instant balance is such a nice addition to the app.

★★☆☆☆ Haven't been able to sign in for over 2 weeks. They need to update there system and allow like everyone else and take pictures of check to deposit.

★★☆☆☆ Other than viewing your account or transferring money back and forth between LSB accounts, it doesn't really provide anything useful. No bill pay capability, no check deposit capability, no sign of 'pop money', can't view statements. If all you want to do is see the status of your account, this will work. They really need to amp up what they have to offer. Get with this century!
