Too many pop-ups getting in the way at times and frequently tried during marathons to add bottles only for the purchase button not to work. Would often have to restart the app, which led to missing out on bonus opportunities and wines altogether

Done after 10 years. Save your time and money. They are constantly either skimping on orders missing bottles or sending in terrible conditions now. Combined with customer service that is extremely slow.

If you are missing wine in your shipment Last Bottle ignores your requests for compensation or replacement. I am closing my account with them. They used to be a good company.
