App easy to use my complaint is about your customer service agents I would give 1 star 09:20 AM Poor service overall not by colleague I spoke to today but others in customer service nothing but agro and my stress levels are at an all-time. Customer service didn't give me any vital info until this morning, the other colleagues didn't I am definitely taking your company to the small claims court due to your breach in your refund policy as it states refund should take 14 days. DO NOT USE

I booked a flight with Wizz airlines with these guys and my flight was canceled. Wizz emailed me for canceling the flight and a refund notice. But when I got back to these guys they denied it. It's a scam company. Stay away they are an SCAM.

Avoid this app & this company at all costs. I booked a flight from Krabi, Thailand to London, Heathrow using this app to get home for a family emergency. The money was taken from my account (£663) but no booking confirmation was received or flight details. You can't speak to anyone & instead could only chat to an agent via the app. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Was told to email customer services with proof of payment, this was done & no response despite 3 separate emails. Avoid, Avoid.
