This is a good app & no doubt it will be essential. I cannot find a fault
with this app.: Line up: A-Z (for times use Schedule). Map: I could only
see in portrait mode which is fine.

Good offline capability I liked the way I could build up a schedule of what I wanted to see, and that the whole app worked offline, so no need for a data connection. Much better than lugging the book round.

Hi Dave Morris, yes same happened to me when I updated for 2021. Fix= Uninstall & then reinstall the app ✅ Then you can go to 'Schedule' & ⭐ your favorites, the preset reminder is 15 mins which you can change to 5, 30 or 60 mins. I can't find Dark mode❓ I don't like the sticky "Listen to the Latitude Festival playlist ! " @ the bottom of each page (which I can't clear), otherwise 5⭐. Personally I think it's best for people to wear a mask 😷 in enclosed areas. Stay safe & Enjoy 👍

The schedule functionality is diabolical. You need to sort it out. You've got acts appearing on Wednesday when the festival isn't open. Overlaps of acts appearing on the same stage or really quick turnaround times in-between. The stages are in alphabetical order rather than size order. Please sort it out or that element (the most important bit) will be unusable.

Told to download the app to link tickets, downloaded app, went to link tickets and app says it needs an update to access the tickets feature. Easy as uphill skiing.
