App was easy to use. Collection / delivery easy. Service terrible. I had 15 shirts washed and ironed. All of them have been shrunk. They have obviously dried it too hot and fast. Ridiculous

Collection was prompt, but the delivery delivers service cancelled my return delivery three different times. I had to contact customer service each time to get a new delivery slot, and they were very helpful, but the delivery never showed up. What was meant to make my life easier was actually such a time drain and I really wish I had just done the laundry myself! Won't be using this service again.
