Good till a month ago. They did a server upgrade, and it wasn't done correctly, took everything down without warning for about 3 days, and it messed up a lot of things. The app and site seems to be up for a bit and then goes down. Has lots of little bugs they need to get fixed. Update 8-2-23. Newest server issue auto-charged hundreds from some and thousands from other older customers from 3 years ago. It seems to be one big issue after another.

Was evaluating software for my business in Italy. It appeared very useful however after a couple of months it stopped working unless I use VPN. Completely useless for my clients as they cannot open the invoices. I sent a message via their chat a couple of weeks ago. It says they replied within 30–60 minutes. I still haven't heard from them yet.

Worst customer services, invoices error for months no one answer us. We had this platform for 6 years DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP ❌❌❌❌❌☹️☹️☹️☹️ NO CUSTOMERS.
