I've been using Lawn PRO Software for the past 7 years, and it has been absolutely amazing. This software has transformed the way I run my lawn care business. From scheduling to invoicing, customer management, and tracking expenses, Lawn PRO has everything I need in one place. It's incredibly user-friendly and has saved me so much time and effort.

Good till a month ago. They did a server upgrade, and it wasn't done correctly, took everything down without warning for about 3 days, and it messed up a lot of things. The app and site seems to be up for a bit and then goes down. Has lots of little bugs they need to get fixed. Update 8-2-23. Newest server issue auto-charged hundreds from some and thousands from other older customers from 3 years ago. It seems to be one big issue after another.

Was good but now apparently the website is down and has been down for two days. I need this app to work properly right now.

Was evaluating software for my business in Italy. It appeared very useful however after a couple of months it stopped working unless I use VPN. Completely useless for my clients as they cannot open the invoices. I sent a message via their chat a couple of weeks ago. It says they replied within 30–60 minutes. I still haven't heard from them yet.
