Downloading the app really helped by making our ticket purchases easy and accessible. Having our tickets pre-purchased and in our ticket wallet was great. I definitely recommend using the FlyAway.

App works nothing special. The flyaway service is excellent for those who know. $10 to shuttle from arrivals to either Union Station or Van Nuys, which pretty much allows one to take train to most places around greater LA area. It's faster than ride-share. Lax has a shuttle to ride-share lot 7 to. 10-min ride on lad shuttle. Then an uber ride to downtown or Hollywood is 30 to $60 and that doesn't include peak usage and rush hour traffic rates for uber n lyft can easily be over $100.

GARBAGE - DECEPTIVE - THESE Buses ARE FULL AND PASS YOU UP. They trick you into downloading an app and buying a ticket for a bus you can never get on. I waited over an hour with about 20 other people while three buses passed us. One of the drivers even waved and laughed. I was forced to buy a ticket in advance. I did a chargeback with my credit card company. This company should go out of business.

Bought tickets prior to trip. Used app to get to LAX with no issues. Now returning home and keep getting login error. Uninstalled and re-installed. Tried reset password, but never receive e-mail. Now stuck buying 2 more tickets !
