5 stars because I've been playing it for months and in the 1000s level. But latest update wrecked the game. The download is failing and looping again and again. Tried everything like cleared cache, reinstall etc. please look into it. I have the problem since Monday.

So as of late, about a month ago, something happened and the game had some issues. I could still play some modes, but synchronization seemed to fail. Clear cache/data, nothing aside from loss of progress. Uninstall/reinstall, nothing either, all modes require downloads that reset or loop once complete. Has this game been abandoned? Otherwise, it was really cool... while it lasted.

No support and game unplayable. Despite 7 emails through support the game is still stuck unable to update. I've tried every conceivable way from cache clearing to uninstall etc... the game "broke" at stage 1001. All gold/followers were lost, and game just glitches and froze. 2 months later, still no support, still can't update, game is unplayable. In the end, I submitted a claim through Google to recover money spent. Good little game ruined by zero support and new game play.
