Love the look and sleek LC Valley aesthetics. However, the new update is inconvenient to an extent. The balance on top of the app screen states the TOTAL available balance. I am not a fan of that. I have a Roth IRA, and it includes that number in my monies. I have hidden the account, yet it is still shown first thing on top in my Total. It would be great to have the option to fully hide that account balance in some Advance Settings so that money used in transactional dealings isn't skewed. Thx!

We really enjoy LCCU they have always been great to us. We have had a couple of things get messed up, but it was dealt with. I will say that the last two Mobil banking updates last year and now this year have been a mess. I can live with that. Most of the staff that we have dealt with have been awesome, especially our loan officer Ashley she's been awesome over the last 3 years. My wife and I do recommend LCCU especially if you are trying to build credit.

Very easy to use, and reliable! I love the fact that I can deposit checks with the app, because my boss isn't able to do direct deposit. LCCU is an awesome credit union, and their app is great. Thank you LCCU!

Computer system reinstalled 1/31/24. Any history prior to that has been erased. Had to re-enroll to use mobile app updates. Total fail. Will be changing banks and removing funds within the month.

You guys should have just left well enough alone. Because now I don't know how many people are having issues with this, but it won't even let me sign in. It won't let me enroll. It won't let me do a damn thing and when I call to speak to you guys all of your phones are off the hook.....
