Facts: I write reviews as there are problems - this should not be hard to understand. I don't write reviews like this for fun. I emailed you and got no response - your reason was I provided no details of the app. You could have replied and asked me instead of ignoring it. If your watch faces were well programmed there would be no need for all this. Your customer skills seem to match your programming skills.

Samsung Galaxy 4: Not good, didn't download. Has not showed up on watch or Samsung wearable app. I see it as paid on Google play. My phone is sync with watch. App purchased approx 1 hour ago. Still nothing. Followed instructions

Why isn't "white" only is available to select for color choice, don't want to have the two mix color.
