Ruined my phone I was really hopeful for the app... thought it would incorporate the guides. It has stopped my phone running smoothly and slowed it down! Going to have to uninstal as I can barely use my phone!

Basic Not even considering you have to pay for anything and everything within this app, the content is basic, boring and poor. Do not even bother. There are some fabulous free workouts out there.

Bodyspace is better "Take a selfie" function won't work on Nexus 5x, no ability to upload pics already in your gallery, no ability to access their cutting or bulking guides in the app, even if you have already purchased them. Must have internet connection to work, not all gyms have WiFi or good 4g signal. Bodyspace is a much better tool in my opinion. It's a shame as I love the cutting guide and was hoping I could automatically upload the guides workouts without having to manually input every exercise. Disappointed.
