App is generally well organized - it would be helpful if current reservations could be sorted by arrival date instead of booking date. Having an option to set up alerts when/if a hotel becomes available for booking would be great. Also, since I often travel with others, it would be helpful to be able to reserve rooms under other names instead of only the name on the account.

Does Not Work - Loads and returns an error that there is no Internet connection. There is in fact a connection so this app is useless.

This app does not work on a Samsung S23 Ultra or a Samsung S24 Ultra. These are top class phones, so likely this app just period doesn't work. This is unfortunate as I have had to stop booking through LHW because of the poor quality of this app.

It just keeps telling me that I am offline. I tried 5G and Wi-Fi. All other apps work fine. I wiped the storage and cache, and it still did the same thing. I was able to log in once, but then it won't load anything. App is unusable.
