Very poor experience with this app. The app is extremely laggy, slow, and irritating to use on a daily basis. Even for a single entry, it takes too much time and keeps buffering continuously. Fetching location takes forever, and sometimes the app gets stuck completely. This wastes a lot of productive time, especially during field work. The performance seriously needs improvement because right now the app feels very unoptimized and frustrating to use.

After monitoring with this, managers want 3 times report directly from employees, they why wasting money on such apps, no privacy at all, they have access to your call logs, even they are reading your SMS, they can see each and every MSG in your phone, thanks to Americans they can't read WhatsApp massages

Lead Squared has a very user-friendly interface, especially for telecasters and administrators. However, the major drawback is the support system. Initially, the support response rate is good, but for getting proper and permanent resolutions, we have to follow up through emails many times. Sometimes it takes several months to resolve a single issue. We can't get actual data through SIERA revenue report. The report incorrectly includes cancelled sales activities in total revenue.
