It was fun. I used a via gift card I put 15 dollars on my account and us 6 dollars and 77 cents. It charged me the 6 dollars AND the 15. And I use never refunded. So I never got my refunds, and it charged me MORE than I told it too

The app won't allow you to end your ride unless you're in one of their designated parking spots, but doesn't give you directions for how to get to the nearest one. It shows the spots on the map, but trying to ride the scooter while holding your phone to try to find and ride to an approved parking spot isn't an acceptable solution. Either be more permissive with where the scooter is parked or provide navigation to the nearest spot. Frustrating experience, I wish I had used a Bird scooter instead.

This was a very frustrating experience. First of all, we couldn't rent two scooters with one phone. So if you don't have two phones with you, you're out of luck. 1st frustration. THEN, once we went back to the hotel to get the 2nd phone, which was charging, it wouldn't let us charge two scooters on the same credit card. BEYOND FRUSTRATING to put it mildly. Gave up at this point
