Not loading onto samsung is this due to recent upgrade? Recent upgrade to reader seems to not be compatible with Samsung Galaxy

Even after paying for a full years' subscription in September sometimes it will let me download the magazine but on too many occasions now the app does not know I'm subscribed and keeps trying to get me to sign up for another 1 year subscription before I can download the magazine despite staying signed into the pocket mag account via my Google account... I do not have any problems with other newspapers and magazines I subscribe to from my Google account via the play store only this 1
