Idiots made an entirely separate app for the 3.0 hub without labeling it as such in the name of anywhere in the description on the main screen. No way to know it doesn't work with 2.0 unless you click through and read the entire description to the very end or until after you go through the steps and can't add a hub as it only gives you wifi connection. Absurd to have two apps for essentially the same product. The hub 2.0 instructions say to download this app name, doesn't say "classic".

The device itself isn't even broadcasting a signal or is not discoverable (using a signal scanner doesn't detect it). Seriously, what is it with companies and shoehorning apps into things?

The sensor 2.0 no longer connects to the app or Samsung Smartthings. It appears to me that Waxman Dumb Products is requesting one to purchase their "HUB." The LeakSmart App does not indicate if you need Sensor Model 2.0 with 3 batteries or 3.0 with 2 batteries and the QR code. I was previously registered for years and attempted to "Create" another account. The "Activation" link they sent does not work. I used the second link and manually entered the code and it doesn't work either. Refund time.
