If offline, the "Learn Arduino Programming" app does not show the documents. Once you connect, its documents with code examples (which start at Chapter 3:"The Arduino Platform":"Installing the IDE: Linux") have stylesheet errors, such that the code does not show (workaround; you can copy the obscured code and paste into Google Documents to view).

0 stars. Loaded on my tablet so that I could follow step by step. Every time I go back to the beginning, an add pops up that I cannot get out of and after the third time, I uninstalled. Very frustrating. I understand the need for adds on free apps, but this is ridiculous.
