Here I am again. Unable to find C++ within the application. Forsaken and broken! My heart will never be able to trust those that have acquired knowledge from hidden spaces within applications. Your sun shall vanish and your sky shall turn black leaving you and your knowledge useless to the universe! I do not envy those who learn behind closed doors! I choose freedom and transparency! I'm not cpp pro. Not even a proper programmer. But. It seems to be good introduction and as other reviews say it's outdated and so. I don't think it matters much because it's easy to follow and get basic understanding what's what and how it works. I can do coding in PHP mysql HTML JavaScript etc., but if you know basics what programming is all about this is good introduction to cpp, and logically even if it's outdated, still gives good starting point. And all the downsides will filter out

The positive reviews for this app are almost certainly from people who don't know C++. Not only is the C++ taught in this app now four revisions out of date (pre C++ 11), some of it is also just plain wrong. For example, it shows catching polymorphic exception types by value rather than by const reference; causing "slicing". It also teaches concepts that are the domain of C, which have no place in modern C++, thus teaching a whole new generation of C++ programmers bad technique. Avoid!

Don't ever try to learn c++ from this. It uses old standards while not even going into deep enough details. If you're interested in learning c++, pick up one of the many books on the topic or just look up learncpp which is one of the best and free sources.
