We want to support and educate parents and carers who have picky eaters, and help them find a way through this often challenging situation.

Why it works

This app is helpful for kids with sensory challenges or phobias towards new foods
*It is based on desensitisation methods used by occupational therapists and other health professionals.
*Kids become more familiar with different foods, reducing fear of new foods overall.
*We have a system of levels and certificates to make it feel more like a game

How it works

*Choose which foods you want to use. Each food group contains similar foods to choose from.
*Learn about each food with your child using the 5 senses, and play games to become more familiar with it. They can complete everything or just do the parts they are comfortable with at this point.
*Afterwards, you can download a printable certificate for them to colour.
