For a free no Wi-Fi app it's a good start It has basic words and also as options to listen, so you can get the pronunciation It's a little different from Dominican accent, but it's understandable to them, it's a good start

Great way to learn way too many advertisements. Dealing with advertisements should be optional when trying to learn. Having to dealing with advertisements when trying to learn can become very distracting, discouraging, annoying as well as potentially prohibit the ability to learn and retain what is being taught.
