I don't take martial art courses, probably just yet, but from day one this shown me great leg workouts for the muscle, and made me kick higher and faster, and stronger, and it has quickly shown me techniques for it. Thank you! It makes me happy for there to be such free learning courses.

★★☆☆☆ No option to close the ad. App shows ad upon opening it and there's no close button. If you click on back, it gets you out of the app itself.
