The company's practices appear to prioritize financial gain, potentially at the expense of client understanding and satisfaction. Specifically, the recommendation to purchase two courses simultaneously, without adequately explaining the implications regarding completion timelines, may have led to unforeseen financial obligations. The subsequent monthly fee of £50 to complete a course that was over a thousand pounds that I didn't want in the first place.

DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT USE!!! Like other reviewers, I have been trapped in a 2-year payment scheme that will cost me over £700 TO LOOK AT SLIDESHOWS ABOUT DOG CARE. This 'service' is an awful scam, and I don't know how or why they're allowed to a) have an app or b) keep running. Genuinely, do not use it. Don't get royally fkt over like we did for wanting to educate ourselves :).

Do not use Learn direct. It's a journey of not return. I and my friend are paying a debt of over a thousand pound individually because they refused to cancel our plans when we could no longer continue. Customer service ignores my emails and calls. It's a very depressing situation
