Great plans and worked well in Morocco. Easy to set up. Make sure you turn roaming on your home sim for it to work. Just be aware, you can't make normal calls with e-sim. But most of these countries use WhatsApp for calls too so that's good.

Great after initial installation issues. Used it for California. Coverage was even better than USA users using local carriers. Customer service was responsive, but they couldn't resolve the issues I had installing the eSim. But it eventually worked when I reached USA and tried via Wi-Fi.

Lebara has no many unhappy customers, purchased 15gb after 5gb it stopped working, had to purchase another esim elsewhere which worked fine.

I bought Lebara travel for use in Pakistan today - then trying to make it work on arrival was not possible. After spending alot of time trying to troubleshoot it I gave up and ordered an eSIM from someone else - which worked fine immediately.

Followed website instructions to purchase a USA plan and upon activating in app (and registering my account) I found that I actually had a UK plan. Customer service wouldn't offer a refund so that I could attempt a new order, so I have requested deletion of my account and will be swapping from Lebara when I return home to the UK for my daily driver.

Terrible. I bought the esim and to download it to the phone I had to download this app. It says it downloaded to my phone, but to manage it I must create an account. It won't let me create an account. I now have no idea if the esim will be activated in 3 days when I travel.

Got it for Turkey, 7 days plan. Does not work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
