Great after initial installation issues. Used it for California. Coverage was even better than USA users using local carriers. Customer service was responsive, but they couldn't resolve the issues I had installing the eSim. But it eventually worked when I reached USA and tried via Wi-Fi.

Great plans and worked well in Morocco. Easy to set up. Make sure you turn roaming on your home sim for it to work. Just be aware, you can't make normal calls with e-sim. But most of these countries use WhatsApp for calls too so that's good.

Very unhappy. Purchased a Lebara eSim whilst in UK, then travelled to the Netherlands. Activated on arrival to find that eSims from Lebara are not permitted. No service and having read the problems with obtaining refunds decided to not bother. Most unhappy. However, my tablet that has a Lebara physical SIM installed works really well.

Terrible. I bought the esim and to download it to the phone I had to download this app. It says it downloaded to my phone, but to manage it I must create an account. It won't let me create an account. I now have no idea if the esim will be activated in 3 days when I travel.

I bought Lebara travel for use in Pakistan today - then trying to make it work on arrival was not possible. After spending alot of time trying to troubleshoot it I gave up and ordered an eSIM from someone else - which worked fine immediately.
