Comments on Lectia for Android

★★★★★ Felipe Souza · Jun 25, 2023
Amazing app for ultra serious language learners. I can totally see how it can be hard for some people since the beginner level would often be the intermediate level in other apps. Probably the best app for serious language learners I've seen so far. Given the fact that it's free, and not very well-known, it has a lot to offer.
★★★★★ Rowan Miles · Jun 29, 2024
Incredibly useful app. You can tell it's designed by professionals with real teaching experience. I use the app as a supplement to my studying, to get used to native materials. The app introduces small snippets, helps you understand with vocab lists, grammar and cultural info, audio and translation, then tests your understanding with exercises. It has three levels of difficulty, with 20 lessons per level. I'm slowly working my way through them, and it's really helped improve my understanding.
★★★★★ Sue Richart · Mar 3, 2025
Excellent app. It uses outstanding learning techniques to teach you the language.

Thank you so much Tuny Mimi for telling me about your companies' language app! 💛 -Auden :)

Dead app. I started off on mobile data, and the app stated I was not connected to the Internet. Fine. Turned on my Wi-Fi and started going through the app's menus, all of which kept freezing even though I have full bars. I selected my language and difficulty, and the app froze once more. This time, it crashed so bad that it made my entire phone stop working. I had to restart my phone to even write this review. Installed and uninstalled in less than an hour.
★☆☆☆☆ Logan Bolan · May 14, 2023
I would rate this app five stars for its ability to teach intermediate and advanced language skills, but it is not working as well as it should right now. I can't download any of the lessons I need right now.
★☆☆☆☆ Jacob Bowman · Aug 6, 2024
The beginner level chinese did not work. I tried three different lessons, and they wouldn't start.
