Some connection hiccups with the Aug 2023 revision, but works well eventually. Wish we could get flash pattern updates too... would love to see an Econ with Blast pulse pattern for city commuting... Flashing modes are terrible for commuting

Connects in about 15 seconds with a confirmation from both front & rear lights illuminating for a second. Modes work fine, but I find they sometimes change themselves, i.e. from mode 2 to mode 3 without me touching the screen? Odd... Would be nice if every time I closed the app or locked my phone, it didn't do the whole 15-second video intro screen when it's already connected to the lights. Battery indicator on each light good. Used with 1000XL smart connect front light and KTV rear smart connect.

I wish it can "pair" two front lights and two rear lights. At times, I need very long run times, so I run two front lights at low beams, but want to be able to switch mode of all lights with one button.

This app is full of bugs (I know it because I am a developer myself). Starting video is nice, but you can't disable it, you must wait before connecting to lights). I can't choose my rear light, it doesn't change on click, only front light work. When I restart app, it sometimes reset to default settings. Finally, I also get some weird interface at times, assuming unexpected case...

The LED Ally app is clunky and not reaching its potential, created to link only a headlight and taillight, asking incessantly to connect the two. I'm a mountain biker with smart 1800i bar mounted and smart 1000XL helmet mounted. It's an awesome combination, although the app won't allow me to connect them, as it requires a front light to only be connected to a rear light. How stupid, as I have no interest to shine my smart KTV75 rear light into friend's faces while biking in the woods or trails.

Pointless. Won't find lights to connect to. Turned light on, opened App. Click search for devices, and .... That's all it does. Pointless app if it can't do the basics. Given the quality of the lights, am amazed how poor this app really is. Can't give it 0 stars.
