This app can start an accessibility service to show notifications over the always on display for better user experience.
It is no accessibility tool, but it supports hearing-impaired or visually impaired users with visual led on the screen, vibration patterns and notification sounds.

Recent changes:
✔ Beta: Size of the point or line for the side bar is now configurable and can be fixed now
✔ If one notification is deleted, screen led is stopped completely. When disabled, you have to delete all active notifications to stop screen LED.
