Have used led glow for years on my bike and bikes of friends. Have never had any issues' til now. The app on my Samsung S23ultra doesn't want to work correctly. I can connect to the controller but won't come on/off when I mash the power button. I downloaded the app on a different phone, and it works flawlessly...no issues whatsoever ever. I would give it 5 stars all day long, but the issue on my phone has taken one away

I'm going up in my earlier rating because the app developer corrected a major problem with their app that they recently updated. They got a fix posted in just a few days when they became aware of the connection problem. Now that is customer service right there!!!

Love the lights but my phone broke got a new one and can't get the light to work off my phone now I don't have that box with the scan thing on it to get it to work

I give a 5 for lights and effects but the app is horrible after a few months it needs to be reset with fuse pull or redownloading the app again. There has to be a fix for this either being the Bluetooth device itself or a switch w/ fuse or something. Come on Led Glow answer ur customers reviews

This thing has gone crazy! It worked for about a month and then the problems started. First problem is, it disconnects while riding. I have to kill the Bluetooth on my phone or reset my phone to get the app to connect. Even after pulling the fuse, resetting the control box and re-downloading the app, I still have the same problems. Second problem is, the brake light feature stays on all the time. My bikes brake lights work just fine when I step on the foot brake and pull the handle brake. Now I have to leave that function off within the app. And I really like that function. Hopefully you developers read this review and the other reviews and fix these issues. I'll be contacting you shortly for a new control module since it's been about a month since I purchased this system.
