Always thought it was strange Legal & General didn't have their own app compared to other pension providers. Glad this has been resolved as it allows for quick and easy checking of pension balance and performance.

L&G did not tell their customers that Coll8 website was no longer being used. No email… no letter… no nothing. I only discovered when I could not log in and had to ring L&G to get help to get into my account. There is now a new app... apparently... If only they told their customers. Isn't that what L&G Customer Services is for?

So they got rid of Coll8 the prior mobile application. Which was a good thing as it was rubbish. This one has better UI. Still can only see some L&G products. And means re registered. No warning so not good when you're at an appointment with a FA. As you have to redo password I'm now locked out of my life insurance. Very unhappy with L&G.
