Legal Help

The Legal Help app will assist you in all phases of an inspection, or whenever you need legal assistance, interactively, safely and efficiently.

The application can be downloaded by all company staff members and allows interaction with the external lawyer team in order to receive personalized and timely advice.

Inside the App you will find not only practical guidelines on how to behave, but also several unique features that make it essential in critical moments like this, including:

• An intuitive home page, designed specifically to handle panic situations, including a red "HELP" button. By pushing the button, it is possible to report the arrival of officials to the internal and external lawyers and management team;

• Guidelines that are constantly updated on how to behave in case of inspections or whenever you need legal assistance, which can be consulted at any time, even offline;

• A practical check-list of the first steps to be taken as soon as the alarm is triggered and the possibility

• The possibility to upload and share files and photos, take and share pictures, record and send audio messages through the app to be shared with other app users and lawyers. (Before using this feature, you will be prompted to allow Legal Help to access your files. If you decline this feature will not be available);

• A Geo-localization service which allows the user to know the position of the external lawyers in real time;

• Possibility to communicate with other colleagues and lawyers, receiving real time updates and instructions, through a dedicated chat.

• Chats are available and channels exist based on user roles within the company (e.g. manager, director, employee, etc.). This allows you to provide targeted guidance based on the location of the staff and to coordinate every moment of the inspection or whenever you need legal assistance, thus ensuring that the situation is well managed.

The application is available in several languages.
