★★★★★ ***I upgraded to 5 stars *** have the service, but the app acts like I don't have the service. I'm getting really irritated that I can request a consult or a call back through the app. I pay $30 a month for the maximum services offered. The least they could do is fix my app experience. ***UPDATE*** Upon emailing customer support, I was able to add my account. My problem has been resolved. I upgraded my initial review from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you for everything you do legal shield.

★★★★★ Fantastic. I needed legal advice and couldn't afford a lawyer. I paid for a month membership, and it was the best money I've spent. The lawyer Legal Shield referred me to was so helpful. My issue was quickly resolved, and I feel so relieved. I would recommend them to anyone needing help.

★★★★★ Legal Shield is partnered with a 3rd & 4rth parties both being Parker's Stan berry & ID Shield that makes this one-stepping stool for legal advice, legal support, legal actions an all other inquiries; within the 1rst 3 years or so?! A representative had me on the phone for an hour is for a servey she did do a good job where we're all set for upcoming business, lawsuits & my point of authorities matter's more; like they all say good luck?! More power to yah!! I'm looking forward to doing business!🤝

★★☆☆☆ The law firm I was connected with, Parker-Stansbury, is the rudest, most unprofessional group of lawyers I've had the displeasure of doing business with. I discourage people from Legal Shield because you have no control over the firm you are matched with and what you get is what you get, no second options. These attorneys make you feel like a nuisance just because they have to do their job which they will do in a lazy manner and at bare minimum

★★☆☆☆ Misled By Marketing-Not Worth it- Lawyers make every excuse not to help you. Legal shield doesn't do anything to enforce agreement. Legal shield Company advertises unlimited consults, lawyer firm says its limited... but they already got paid. Further when you make a request for contact they ignore you. Finally, found one lawyer willing to help with my human trafficking case... they are fired within 2 months of starting to help me. All other lawyers went back to ignoring and wasting time.

★★☆☆☆ Essentially useless. You cannot upload files and if you schedule an appointment the firm has informed me that it is not actually scheduled you still have to call them. What is the point of this app? You really can't do anything with it.
