In this day and age you must avoid lawyers slime balls as they are at all costs take it from a guy who failed 8 bar exams then starting to do cars handyman work and anything besides law LegalZoom is better than legal shield rocket lawyer might be best but check them all out and get the best deal as they're not worth the prices they charge

Why LegalZoom sucks: Their business model is horrible. The attorneys and tax consultants are outsourced and paid per 30 min call. They could care less to do anything for you but have a conversation for exactly 30 minutes. You could be mid-sentence and they will cut you off and tell you time is up. I have also gotten completely wrong advice many times, likely because they want to run through the calls as fast as possible instead of actually trying to help.

Okay Update , Today I finally talked with Customer Service I got her to "Cancel" my free trial for the "Smart Employer" and "Total Compliance" (Which I never used cause my business is not even operating! Antwenette said she will waive the fees and my new balance $545 for economy LLC with registered agent included. I have a RA that only cost $50 and they are local. Long story short Legal Zoom is expensive and they will try to overcharge you, do not put your bank card on file !!!!
