They keep creating servers with the intention of merging them sometime in the future. (So newer server player will be at the mercy of older server players.You have to pay-a-lot to be able to play decently.) Game keeps slowing down whenever server merger occurs. After a few merger, it will be quite noticeable. Furthermore, they are still plenty of game bugs and crashes they they still have to work out. Sometimes, it will take them weeks (if not months) to fix a problem.
