Firstly, Letup agency service is unable to provide the service; secondly, I find myself having to plead for a refund of my own money. Despite multiple follow-ups and a prior assurance that my refund would be processed by the 20th, I have yet to receive the funds. They have failed to provide the service I paid for, yet they are still holding my money past the promised refund date

We've been trying to get a babysitter since 4 months now for my now 14 month old baby. Not a single profile matched our timings and the babysitter the company has recruited are very lazy and unable to manage the kids. They don't have any connection with the babysitter a whatsoever. Bad experience with this Org.

Worst experience with letup. In the initial process we finalized a nanny during interview process she was ok with everything, on the date of joining she denied to come (this happened 2 times) So initially they were not able to find any nanny when asked for refund they somehow arranged a nanny(Chandrakant Muniraj Baidu). After joining, I got to know she was not trained. Exactly after 3 months our package expired, and she fought with us and left.
