Lembrô: Medication Reminder

Lembrô reminds you at the right time and logs what you did — with one tap of your phone on a tag stuck where the action happens.

Stick the tag on the pill box, the water bottle, or the blood pressure monitor. When it is time, your phone alerts you. You tap the phone on the tag and it is logged. No typing, no hunting for the app, no password.

Every day, certain days of the week, or every X days. One time or several. For hourly routines, the app builds the list for you — no need to type twelve separate times.

THE ALERT KEEPS INSISTING WHEN IT MATTERS

For each reminder you choose how persistent the app is: alert once, remind twice more, remind four more times — or ring like an alarm.

In alarm mode, the phone rings with the device alarm sound, at alarm volume, and shows on screen what to do: "Done" logs it, "Later" reminds you again in 10 minutes. For the alarm to appear over the lock screen, Android asks for a permission — the app shows you where to grant it, and keeps alerting even without it.

Water can be gentle; medication can be an alarm.

THE TAG IS OPTIONAL

The app works fully without any tag: the on-screen button logs everything. The tag is for people who want the faster gesture — and for those who want proof they were there.

PROOF OF PRESENCE

An on-screen button logs from anywhere, including from another room. A tag stuck on the pill box only responds to someone standing in front of it. For each reminder you can require the tag — that is the difference between "took it" and "said they took it".

TELL WHOEVER WORRIES

One tap builds a message with what happened during the day and sends it by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Whoever receives it does not need to install anything.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

No account, no cloud, no server. Nothing you log leaves the device — and it works offline, always. Whenever you want, save a backup to a file and keep it wherever you prefer.

The app does not store values like blood pressure, blood sugar or weight. It logs that you did the task, and the time. Nothing more.

DO I NEED A PHONE WITH NFC?

Only to use tags. Without NFC, the app works through the on-screen button. The tags are ordinary stickers, sold in any electronics store — you buy them from whoever you like.

Lembrô is an organization and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It does not replace your doctor's guidance or prescription, and it does not interpret any health data. Always consult a healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment.

Alerts depend on the phone operating system and may be delayed if the device is in battery saver mode or turned off. For critical medication, keep a second way to remember.
