I bought a Vincent Chase frame from Lens kart on Flipkart, which came with a 1-year warranty. However, when I went to my nearby Lens kart store to claim the warranty for scratches on the lenses that appeared automatically within a year, they told me that I cannot claim the warranty if I purchased it from Flipkart or Amazon, or any other app except the Lens kart app. They also said that there is no warranty for lens replacement.
