Every thing perfect until the compressor button in level 20 to which the lever should respond by opening downwards to let the lavas drop after dropping Leo with the box, but no response so the lever does not respond to the compressor sounding pressing button upstairs in that part of the game

Level eight is broken, gears on last challenge are not moving. I looked up tutorial on YouTube to compare... now I can't unlock any levels down the line

I'm a slow player. I'm still stuck on the first chapter because I can't save my game to the last point I got, or it isn't possible. So I run out of time I don't have hours to spend. I just wasted 10 minutes trying to get through one part and it's my 10, 12, 25th try. I know what to do it won't respond. What I managed was fun but to exacting and time sensitive for my skill.

I want my money back. there's a huge glitch on act 2 level 8. it's ridiculous. I am playing on Android. About halfway through there's 2 gears and 2 platforms that bounce and twitch. it's a malfunction, not just a challenging part of the level.
