I use this app a lot, and it's mostly great, but the route 20 & 22 maps are organized for what direction the bus is going rather than if the bus is on the north or south side which doesn't match how the routes are organized colloquially, this causes confussion when trying to find a bus on the map.

What kind of IT department do you guys have cause this is the worst app I've ever used to try and get around a city half the time the bus tomes are way off and the other half of the tome it doesn't show accurate tracking of the buses

Buses occasionally do NOT arrive at said time, I have experienced racial profiling due to myself and my family being first Nations. Also bus will drive right by us (even though we are standing and outside of bus shelter or/and by bus sign. My family and me rely heavily on The Lethbridge Transit due to not having a vehicle so these concerns I have addressed above we take very seriously. I would love to see change!

The map doesn't work properly, if you toggle a route on (visible), you can't toggle it off (invisible)- it just stays visible permanently. It stays like that even if you fully close the app, so you have to uninstall and reinstall to get rid of extraneous routes. Kinda sucks that you are stuck using a broken app when the city introduces a broken new set of routes-hard to navigate when the app doesn't even function.

You use it because you have to, not because it's any good. I'd have a better chance predicting the bus by trying to rearrange feces into the shape of a map.
