Oceans cape places you right in your own deep sea aquarium. You can literally stay all day and watch the undersea world evolve around you. So much to see and do. My 9 y/ son received the Explorer pack as a birthday gift. In the box was the cube, goggles, hard cover book and great instruction guide. No problem downloading software and registering/activating. I can hear the videos when they play in phone and goggle mode, but the video itself does not play in either mode. Black screen with spinning star. I've force stopped app, rebooted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. Suggest something other than what I've tried. Terrible app, no wonder ratings below 3.

Still waiting for my confirmation email. I've pressed the re-send around 20 times in the last 2 hours. It says email invalid when I try to log into the account. And when I try to sign up with the same account again, it says email already used. Not a good way to start off my daughter's birthday.

Very buggy. Difficult to select experiences when using the headset. Headset not worth the cost. Neither app nor website have any helpful help sections. Constantly having to remove phone from goggles to make it work

App quits in the middle of the short videos. It said you could swim with the sea creatures & It's really not like that at all. Its short educational videos which is neat but with the goggles on everything is super blurry & not even in focus! You can't see what you're actually looking at. Good idea poor execution. Very disappointed family Christmas gift....
