LetsTango is an innovative hiring platform that leverages video-based technology and swipe-enabled functionality to redefine the selection process and improve fulfillment, productivity, and retention.

Recognizing the critical role that organizational culture plays in employee engagement and long-term success, Tango provides a unique and intuitive approach to hiring that aligns candidates' values, attitudes, and behaviors with those of the company.

In a world where technology changes rapidly, and people are using immersive, multimedia to get and share information, LetsTango is a groundbreaking platform that capitalizes on innovation and cutting-edge technology to facilitate an efficient, objective and DEI enabled recruitment experience.

LetsTango's core functionality revolves around a swipe-enabled video platform that connects employers and candidates in a visually engaging manner. Candidates create profile videos where they can showcase their personalities, passions, and skills. Employers, on the other hand, create company and job video profiles highlighting their values, missions, and culture. The swipe-enabled feature allows both parties to express interest and pre-engage ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Employers benefit from LetsTango's unique approach in several ways. Firstly, LetsTango reduces time to hire while improving quality and fit. This saves valuable resources wasted sifting through numerous resumes. Additionally, LetsTango reduces the risk of misalignment between employees and organizational culture, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team morale.
