★★★★★ It helps me keep track of my steps, my sleep hrs and my heart rate. Which are very important because I have Parkinson's and Congestive Heart Failure.

★★☆☆☆ I have this watch and app and it sucks! They do not stay connected to my phone, so the app is useless!! This is for being connected via Wi-Fi or my carrier. I recommend no one buys.

★★☆☆☆ Bought in April because I thought I needed. Now I need and battery will not charge. Too late to return. You also need a smartphone. I think watch has so many issues you need to discontinue.

★★☆☆☆ Looses step count. I've had days that I had over 10,000 steps sync with app shows 0 steps.
