I'm giving it one start because of customer service. I talked to a guy named Hamza. They deducted from my bank account. So I asked why did I not get a notification or a text. He replied that one email is sent a day before deduction which doesn't show because it gets flagged as unimportant. The reply was "oops". Literally just "oops". I have never seen something more unprofessional. So if anyone is planning on cancelling do it a month in advance. Also fyi cant use the referral discount for renewal

If there is less than one star o would give it to them The idea is good but application should be removed from your device it has a bug in auto-renewal and amount was debited without any notification DON'T SAVE YOUR CARD on the app not secure and no trust. On the other hand the team is terrible they don't have the sense of customer support at all, and they never admit about any problem

Be careful with there auto-renew. They trick people to believe there is no auto-renew. On app, they show on certain day your membership expires, but it's actually auto-renew. There is option in the app to cancel, you have to click on reminder email. There whole business model is like this. The customer care never help whatever or how serious reason is. Also, it is almost same to just go any café... At least staff serve you with some respect. Never going to use again.
