How does Letterloop work?
We crafted a set of questions designed to spark fun and thoughtful replies. The questions range from updates about your week to thoughts on identity, life stories, and personal philosophies. Each newsletter cycle, we'll suggest a few questions for you. You can always swap questions or add your own. Plus, members of your newsletter can ask their own questions that you can include too.

Love what this company and app are doing. This has allowed me and my friends/family to stay connected in a world where that seems harder and harder every day. The app experience is generally good, though I wish everything opened within the app instead of opening a webpage when you try to look at the newsletters themselves, and push notifications for comments etc. don't seem to work. It uses email notifications instead which is serviceable, but tends to flood the inbox.

Can't sign into the app as I signed in with Google at the start and now the link the app sends to my email redirects me to the play store instead of allowing me to sign in. I can't create a password to sign in with a password either.

The app does not work. I sign in through email, and it sends me to the play store - I end up in an actual loop!

I love Letter loop on my laptop and in my email. However, I'm not quite sure what this app is for besides just telling you a history. I can't edit in the app. I can't comment on or even view past letters. Please make the app more accessible, so Letter loop can be more accessible!

I have an android and when I do "sign in with email", it sends an email with a link that does not make me go on. It just sends me on Google play. I tried like 7 times but nothing, so I can't even sign in :") I was excited to try this app, please fix it if you can!
