★★☆☆☆ Seems like clearly a scam, have you all reported them? Seems like it's still been up for years despite seemingly never being a real service. Anyone knows of an app that actually does this? Letters used to be the best one. Just wink was good for cards too. But letters is gone, sadly.

★★☆☆☆ I tried using this service for a letter to be sent in the mail, they charged my card and 20 days later the status still says pending. This app is either very poorly ran or a scam. I tried emailing the email address listed on Google play but did not receive a response. After giving a bad rating they responded on Google play saying they are under maintenance and gave a different address to email. I treid emailing them too but did not receive a response.
