This app is God Awful on Samsung S24 and S23 Ultra. It must be fully optimized for Apple users like everything else is in the world. All this app does is lag, buffer, freeze, and close. The Levi models suck, and they have zero style. The size chart is a lie, the fits are inconsistent, and they never restock the clothing, etc. Holy F#@k!!! What "bug fixes" do these updates actually fix? I haven't noticed any difference in my horrible user experience ever since I've had the app on my phones.

The app is awful and the website is equally as bad. I can only search either one for a handful of minutes before they freeze and inevitably crash. Thanks for nothing. Love the brand, but do something about the garbage you call a website/app.

I tried to buy a pair of selvage denim 501s for the better part of two months they kept getting canceled. When I was able to finally get a pair they sent me the wrong size. After spending $2,000 with them in 2 months the best they could offer me is a $25.00 coupon off my next purchase, and I can send them in for an exchange, but that will take 3–5 weeks. But they do want me to purchase them again in the right size and wait a month for my refund.
