I hope there's a function to text to all cx. Cause most of the customer is they want to be notified through text because they block the app notification. And we deliver partner can't text them all, cause most of the time the release of the parcels are 9am onward. And mostly 120 to 200 parcels are assigned. To text them all you need at least 30 minutes or more I hope you could make it happen. And also for the tagging pls add a rider can't attempt due to short of time.

App is good but the process when unloading at MSC is really bad. They treat braceros like us as 2nd class citizens. They pay a minimum amount for unlimited pickup and drop off. They have cut-offs too. If you arrive past ten pm, your paper will be on hold, and you will unload at around 2am. 2nd trip? Not paid. There are no avenues to call them out except this review about the app. We are helpless....

Terrible update. All recipient option need signature. If left at door step how to get signature? Can even upload 1 photo instead of 3. Please fix ASAP version. (3.38.4)
