This is a good app, but when I installed it on my tablet the app on the phone stopped connecting to the hearing aids so can we only be connected to one device at a time? / Edit: I have deleted the tablet app and 'forgotten' the hearing aids from it. The phone app still won't connect to them. I've tried 'forgetting' them on the phone, re-installing the app (several times now), pairing them through the app, not through the phone's Bluetooth. Sometimes that works once, but not the next day.

Spent several hours trying to get these things going. They kept losing the connection to the app. Called support and after another hour or so they said right aid defective and after submitting proof of purchase from Costco they'd send a new right hearing aid. I have to go to Costco to get the proof since I bought them online. Fter reading reviews stating the incontinence and instability of the app to aids connection I'm just returning the things since I have to go to Costco to get the proof of

I bought these hearing aids as a backup to my expensive primary pair. I was able to register them for the warranty, install the app, do some preliminary adjustments after the hearing test. The hearing aids are connecting to Bluetooth, but now I am being hit with an apparently mandatory software update that errors out at 12-14% of the download, and until the update is completed, I can not do anything on the app. Multiple chats with Lexie support said "we're working on it". Android users beware!

App sucks and so does the lexie b2 hearing aids. They never connect through Bluetooth. I always gotta turn them off and back on to connect. They feed back off of everything. I think they have made my hearing worse.
