I have only recently downloaded the app for my lexmark laser printer. After buying this beautiful printer, I found I had no reason to hook it up. I was still happy with the other printers. At least until recently. This printer and app is very reliable and simple to use. If only my printer were closer to the living room, so I can retrieve easily. But the printer is too heavy to carry it that far. I also wish I had some special features available (templates, gift card options etc.). But all said, YAY

Amazing app. Is working like a dream. There is another version of this app on store but is older. I don't understand why Lexmark did not take it down. Very reliable. To print directly from some apps install the Lexmark plugin.

I upgraded the app and there's no feature to scan like in the old one. Not sure how deleting features is an enhancement.

I added my Lexmark MB2236adw and sent to print a test page from this app and nothing happened, only Failed Jobs in the Job Status tab. Also, this app does not recognize that my printer has scanner. However, everything work fine using the old app. Still, a lot to improve on this app.

I can add the printer and see the status but nothing ever prints. Errors don't give any info. Useless.
