This app has the best customer service I have received in a long while. When you ask a question via email it goes directly to the owners who personally responded to me within 1 business day. I had an issue where I was still being billed for a subscription for an account I no longer had. Both Casey and Patrick responded to my concern and not only stopped the billing but offered me a full refund for the months I was billed when not using the service. The app itself is pretty well-designed and easy to set up with basic features like a picture, location, and gaming preferences. My only complaint is that there just wasn't enough women in my area signed-up. I'd say give it a try in your area as it's free to create your account, and then you can always subscribe if you see someone you like. If you're unhappy, they have great customer service.

I've been a lifetime member since around 2014. Since then, I've seen mostly the same profiles now as I did then. I've had 1 person to chat with until she deleted her profile. I still have faith, and I put a time stamp on my profile on when I was last online. It would be nice to have all those dead profiles removed. Also having a last online would be a plus. Having more people is badly needed, but you can only do so much with advertising. Keep up the good work Patrick.

I think the app is beautiful and easy to use. However, I would suggest an option which allows us to change our dating preference. Such as male, female or both. I noticed that once I picked female, I could not change that setting. I think you should also do more advertising of this app to get more people 🙂 Maybe purchase a sponsored ad on Facebook.

Great concept. Unfortunately the app keeps saying my credentials are wrong and won't let me request a change password-when I put my UN and email it just says loading... for 15 m with no update or email sent out (I tried 4 times every single time the same result). The kicker? I know the info isn't wrong because I am able to log into the website on Chrome just fine-the issue being on the site there is no way to look for people outside your area even if you are ok with long-distance.

Created a profile, took one look at the app's functions and subscription feature, decided this isn't for me. I tried to delete my profile, but it just shows an error.
